Furikake = Japanese spice blend that usually includes some kind of dried seaweed & sesame, but can also include chili flakes, bonito(fish dust!), even msg, so check the label.

Salpimentar = to season. Salpimentado is a type of seasoning sauce or paste in Yucatecan cooking and there are many different versions....at least that is what it seems.
